At night navy officer is run down by the unknown car, it hit and kill her. NCIS found that she is Maggie, they think driver try to kill her.
They found he has 2 adopt kids, they question them about their mother. But before the question, child service shows up and take her kid.
Chris found that maggie make some threat the CFP, Summer. She found that they sitting on money that suppose to give to children, she wants to expose it.
They go to check Jane, he also tell them about Summer. They go to confront him, but when they try to get him in for question. He jumps out of the window and dead.
Loetta found that Maggie has defense wound before, before the hit. She thinks her kids hit her, after check seem they are clean.
They found that Maggie has boyfriend, they go to question him. They found one of her kid, Danny has that car that hit Maggie.
They found that Danny sell drug, probably what he deal with dealer get Maggie killed. They found that he worked with Bull, after they check with his boss. They found Bull drives that car.
They found Danny in house working on drug, then they found that Bull is his father. He confirmed them that his father hit Maggie before.
He tells them about his father plant to use him delivery drug, they use his plan and set him up. Bull shows up with his brother, NCIS shows up. Bull notices that Danny sets him, he hold them as hostage. He asks Danny to get car, but when Danny gets his brother in car. He drives off, NCIS arrest him.
Loetta tells them that they can stay with her.
