Deeks is arrested, he is taken to policy station. Ellen from Internal Affairs question him, NCIS found that Deeks is charged for kill his ex-partner, Francis.
Kenis tells them that Deeks once mentions that he used to get his partner threaten with his gun. Hetty tells team to get Deeks out of this.
Ellen knows about Deeks file on his partner 2 times for treat suspect and threaten his life before he requests for undercover. But he has no comment on it.
Nell and Eric found about Quinn, the former cop escape from prisoner. Deeks and Francis are the one who put him down. They think may be he revenge them.
Sam and Callen go to check on Monica, she was Francis's lawyer. They found she is watching by someone.
Kensi tells Deeks about Quinn, he tells her to check Francis's old partner, Bruce. Sam and Callen go to ask old Deek's boss. He tells them about Bruce, he separated Francis and Bruce. Bruce is work with his new partner, Christine. After that she is killed while raid the drug.
Sam goes to see Julie, she was Deeks informant. They found her prints at Francis's place, she tells them she know who did. She tells them about Quinn wants her to sting Francis. But Quinn never shows up, she tells Francis about Quinn.
Deeks's captain help him out of prison, Bruce notices him and chase him. He run to the park and escape from him.
Deeks goes to see Monica, he thinks Quinn is with her. But Bruce is waiting him there and knock him down, he wants to know where is Quinn. Deeks tricks him to boatshed, NCIS found about it. They head to there.
Deeks tricks him and jump in ocean with Monica, Bruce try to following them but he is surrounded by NCIS. They arrest him and gives to Internal Affairs.
