A man is stabbed, he is followed by someone who come to finish his job. NCIS goes to see his body, Toussiant.
They found he was at club last night, they go to check the club, they found from witness that victim has a fight with a man.
They found that Douce goes to see victim, they question him but he tells them that victim already bleed and carry gas mask.
After they found his car, they found gas tank in his trunk. They found later it's sleep gas for doctor, look like victim use gas as drug.
They found the robbery of sleep gas several place, they found that the robber and killer is the same person, Syd.
They go to see his house and found he make meth lab, then he found him on drug. He's collapsed and dead, before died he tell them about heist.
King found that one of Syd's gang was with same prison with his father, he tells him he might looking for jewelry.
King and them found they might attack the gala dinner, while they are there it's already started. They notice them and run off, 3 of them chase them and get them.
