Neal and Peter success convinced Woodford to let him join his team, Mozzy and Keller complain to Neal about Peter. Neal explain to Mozzy that he wants him out to get some money out. So FBI and Woodward will not aware.
Neal goes to have dinner with Peter and Elizabeth at their home, they tell him that they have a baby. She ask him to keep Peter safe.
Next day Woodford explain them the detail of plan, they starting their plan. Neal disguise as pilot at the airport, he make a trick on steward and get in hangar. Then he open the gate for them to get in.
They are starting the tube, and crack the safe. while Mozzy also ready to get money during the way. They success to open safe and get money in the tube.
After Mozzy get some money, also police start to move in. They come right at the time that they collect all money.
Police separate Neal, Peter and Keller out from Panther. After Peter goes out, Keller try to convince Neal to cheat on Peter. When he back, Neal and Keller are gone. They found his anklet beep at Wallstreet.
Now Neal, Keller and Mozz are under the Wallstreet. They plan to leave with money, Keller still try to convince Neal. After he failed he try to get all money, he threaten them with knife.
Neal get his hidden gun to Keller and ask Mozzy to leave. Keller get chance and grab Neal's gun and shot him.
Neal show him that he has an anklet, Peter will come anytime. He run off and left Neal there. Peter found Keller running on street with money bag. He try to escape by take hostage, Peter shot him dead.
When Peter run back to Neal, he found him on ambulance. He left with ambulance. Peter and Mozzy following him to hospital, the doctor show them his body. Mozzy cry out loud not accept that he is dead. At end Peter say that he's free.
After that Peter and Mozzy still talking about him, both say that they see him. Mozzy still doesn't want to believe that Neal is dead, he think he make a con.
Peter and Elizabeth name his child "Neal", tonight Peter receive the wine from someone. After he looks the cork, he thinks up something. Peter use a key that he got from Neal's body, it open the mystery container. 
Peter found a lot of evidences show that Neal still alive, all ambulance and doctor is plan by Neal. Now Neal is at paris.
