Today Kai try to ask Damon why they stuck in this day forever, Damon also doesn't know the answer. He wants him to answer him about how to get out of there.

While Bonnie back from bring him the things he need, He still wants to know why is today from Damon. He tell Bonnie that today is the day that he did the worst.

Kai tell them that they will need relic, last time it will his family. So he needs Bonnie to use locator spell to find it. He tricked her to cast spell, actually he already has relic. He said it's a test and now they can pack the bag.

Now Kai try to find the spot for Eclipse, Bonnie found out that Kai kill his own family. Gemini coven throw him here, now Bonnie know this place is a prison. Bonnie can't let him back, she refused to cast spell.

In 1994, Damon goes back to house to see Stefan. He is upset because Damon let Lexi burn out long times ago. He lives with Stefan for a while, but one day he found out that Damon feed on his friend. Stefan confront him and ask him not to. He seem not care, Stefan break his neck, and lock him in the barn.

He want to know why Damon is back, he said he wants to make connection to him. Days later Damon leave the barn, and killed people in their house include his friend.

In Present, Stefan and Elena are looking for the girl Elena's compel Sarah. As they can't enter the town, they hang their hope to Matt, Jeremy and Alaric. Stefan wants to escape the town, but Elena found him first. He promise to her that he will show her that he will happy if he try to start over.

Stefan and Elena hang around to see his fake life, at the bar he propose her to marry at front of the people. They try to act normal like normal people, he tells her that this is how he make a new start over life very easy.

Elena finally free him, Stefan make a fight with a man in bar. But he let him kick him, Elena come back and stop them. While Elena lecture him about his life, he tell her that she make herself forget that she in love with Damon.

Matt try to get information from Tripp, he is upset because one of the boy is dead last night in wood. Tripp wants to show him something. He takes him to his own building, he tell him that once he cross the border he remember that his wife is killed by vampire and make him think that he killed her by himself.

But Matt found Enzo inside, Tripp knows that he's the one who kill Jay. And he wants him to give the other name.

At house, Sarah come back to see Jeremy, she wants to know who kill her mother. Seem she is the daughter of Stefan's friend. Jeremy tell her that her father is Zach salvatore.

Elena ask Alaric about Damon, how he can erase her memory. He gives her diary, after she did read. She decided not to get her memory yet.

At night Damon and Bonnie stay together, Kai show up. He explained them that he is abomination in his family. He can't create magic but he can absorb from the other and use it. He absorb it from Bonnie, he stop and tell them that if he absorb all magic from her she will die. But if they cooperate they can be back home together.

Stefan meet his dead girl friend is a vampire, seem before Enzo killer her he give his blood to her.
