Iris and Liz are welcome the 2 new guests, they think they are the reviewer. Liz takes them to new decorate room, after he left. They found Sally inside their room, she killed one of them. The other run out for help, but she met Will and he killed her.
Iris and Liz plan to meet with all of them to fix this problem, they ask them not to kill their guests. Will and Sally disagreed, James shows up and agreed to stop killing.
James tells them the plan, if hotel stays until 100 years it becomes historical place and no one can destroy it. To reach that they must stop killing.
Iris try to distract Sally and find her to do something else, she gives her the phone. She starts to post it and enjoy it. 
Liz try to convinces Will to let her lead his company, one day Liz ask Iris to get her the psychic. He tells them about Donovan, she tells them Triston doesn't want to talk to him. He decides to die.
Liz asks the ghosts there to kill him, then Countess shows up. She killed him, after he died Triston shows up to talked to him.
Iris starts to uncomfort about psychic, Billie that she peaks around for killers, John shows up tells Iris that he will take care.
During the recording, John shows up to talk to her. She interviewed him about his family, after they wander a while. They decide to go back hotel, while he goes to LA to hunt. But one night he is surrounded by police and get killed.
Billie asks him about Devil's night, he asks her to following him alone. He takes her to the dinner, where all legend killer there. She is captured by them, they threaten her not to dig about this hotel anymore.
Ramona shows up to threaten her too, she run out of the hotel.
