Sam and Callen go to check Arkady, but he is not there. Sam found the cam, they found he takes off with cab. They found nothing link to the oil tank.
Deeks and Kensi go to check Elia, they found her is killed. Eric found Arkady, Sam and Callen go to see him.
Eric found that Arkady man might hit the Patrick in the prison, Deeks and Kensi go to check that man. Nell found that Ivan is may the one who behind who killed all crew and take the oil tank.
Kensi and Deeks found that man Turner who worked for Arkady, he is prison guard and sell supply to inmate. As soon they show up he run out, they catch him.
Turner tells them that Arkady asks him to get some information. He tells them that Arkady has the laptop that knows the ship's position.
Arkady tells them the ship location, he tells them that one of his people is on that ship and in danger. They found that he is telling the truth, Nell found that it's Ivan that kill shipping owner.
They make the deal with him, he shows them where is the ship. It still in LA, they with team searching the ship.
But they found they are too late, oil already moved and they found they plan to destroy the ship. Arkady get in and wants to find his daughter, one that they captured tell them Ivan captured her to Russia.
Arkady propose them to help them find Ivan, they have to help them found his daughter.
