The Flash Season 1 Episode 15 Out of Time

A year ago while Cylde try to escape from Joe and police with Mark, both of them get hit from explosion of start lab. Their escape plane is down.
Now at night, Mark shows up in morgue. He goes to ask ME who kill Cylde, he attacked him until he get the name.
After get called, Flash rush to there during the run he see himself. He stop to look around, after he arrives ME already dead.
Polices and Barry comes to check, he tells Joe that he died because of Hail. Then they found the recording tell them that Mark is on Joe now for revenge.
At lab, Barry tells Wells what he saw. Wells tells him they should focus on Mark first, at station Joe's captain wants to keep him here.
During they get out for lunch, they are attacked by Mark. Barry gets him out before he use the lightning from cloud.
At lab Cisco make some rod that can absorb Mark's power, at night Mark shows up at the station. Cisco found him and call Barry.
Flash shows up when Mark attack the police, he use the rod to stop his power. He escapes.
At lab, Cisco start to suspect Wells. He shows Caitlin about his suspicious, he wants Caitlin get Wells out of the lab for a day.
Joe is upset and wants to face Mark alone, he asks Barry to keep Iris safe. Cisco is checking his trap again, he suspect Wells may trick his machine. While he is checking he see reverse flash in the trap.
Wells found that Caitlin is stalling him, he rush back to the lab. Cisco see his trick and he found him stand behind him.
Wells explains him how he did the trick that night, he tells him he help Barry because Flash speed is the key to get him home. He killed him.
Joe goes to see Mark's old place, Eddie joins him. When they found his room, Joe is taken. He is capture at pier, he is going to tortured him. Mark call Iris, he wants to see her alone. Barry goes with her.
Cylde found her, he is going to kill her by Tsunami. He asks Caitlin how he can stop it, she tells him to run very fast he can stop it. Barry shows Iris that he is Flash.
He run until it create wall of wind, then he run to the past of that night. The night that ME died.
