But they didn't let them go, until they get Stark. Jarvis tells her later that it's a fake, Peggy notices the russian doctor is sending the signal.
Peggy thinks that Leviathan is coming, she goes out and tells them about it everything. They finally believe her, chief goes to check him. While he asks someone to check cross the street, chief now is control mind by doctor.
Chief get Peggy and Jarvis out and lock in room, he takes the doctor to the lab. He tells him he wants item 17.
Danise found Dorothy and fight with her but she escapes, before doctor and chief will get out the SSR with item 17. He left with Dorothy.
Peggy and Jarvis get themselves out, they and SSR found the chief. He is wear the dangerous armor, it's gonna explode.
Chief grab one of their gun and get them out, he jump of the building before explode. After finish they are looking for what they steal, at theater Dorothy plant some gas device in room. They start to kill each other.
SSR found that blood is still there, but item 17 is gone.
