CHALMERS is at meeting with all principles from springfield district, they are trading their worst teacher among them. Now skinner get the new teacher from west springfield, he is assigned to forth grade.
Bart is making the welcome for new teacher, Mr. lassen is a new teacher. Once he come he could manage to get stelson, and now he's getting Bart he give him a new haircut.
At dinner Bart tell his parent about it, Marge is so upset and wants to talks to the teacher. Marge tell him he will be ok in the camp day, but Homer forget to reserved the camp. Homer said he will make it right, Marge seem are not sure. 
Back at school Bart still make a prank at Lessan, so when he teach the class about electricity. He bring out the generator and ask Bart to touch it.
Bart said to Milhouse that he wants to get back, he's looking for his weak point. He start the site with Fake identification, he will use it to get more info on Lessan. He found that Lesson is going to be a ignite guy at blaze man events. Bart will go there and find something humiliate about him.
Marge and Lisa is preparing the stuff for camp, Homer is going to tell them that he can't. But Bart tell him that he knows place, he takes them to Blaze man events.
Next morning they wake up and surprise where they are, Lisa is happy about all band around, Bart and Milhouse is looking for Lesson.
Bart think the way to get him back, what's if he can't ignite the blaze man. Bart put fire redundant on the blaze man.
At night when event is begin, they call ignite man to start to fire up blaze man. But it doesn't fire up, he's punished. He found Bart near by, he knows that this is his work. Now he try to burn him.
He chase Bart to Blaze man figure, Homer try to help him by throw himself at them. He miss and break all Blaze man collapse. The event leader make them prison Lesson for 5 days.
Now Bart success his plan and go back home, back at school Lesson get fired. He go to prison and work as guard. There he meet someone who also hate Bart.
