Once Upon a Time Season 1 Episode 8 Desperate Souls

In other world, the duke order desperate villager to hand over their son and daughter. They will take son of Rumpelstiltskin for next day too.
After Graham died for 2 weeks, Emma go to see Mr.Gold at his shop. He said she will become the sheriff, Mr. Gold wants to give Graham stuff to her.
Henry's depress by the death of Graham. He suggest her that their operation should be pause.
Mayor fired Emma from deputy. She is so upset, Mr. Gold go to see her at the house, he offer her the plan to take back sheriff office.
In other world, at night Rumpelstiltskin try to take his son escape. But they meet Duke's soldier. He ask them to let him go, but they beat him down.
Emma go to stop Mayor to appoint Sydney to be a new Sheriff, by the law she can only select the candidate. They need to vote for this position.
In other world, Rumpelstiltskin meet a man, he tell him that Duke control dark magical with  dagger. He tell him instead of control it, he should take the dark magic.
Emma see Henry read paper about herself, it tell him that he was born in jail. She go to confront Mayor, she said she does nothing wrong.
She tell her that there will be a debate for election, while they walk out someone plant the bomb at door. Luckily they both are safe.
As Mayor is injured, Emma help her out. While get out the fireman is there. Emma notice that Mr. Gold may be behind of this bomb.
In other world, Rumpelstiltskin plan to get in the Duke castle. He knows that the castle's floor is made of wood. He burn all castle and  steal the dagger that can control dark magic.
He use a dagger and summon dark magic, he kill him with dagger. After killed, he become the dark magic.
On debate day Emma is so desperate to win the election for Henry, she think even agree to work with Rumpelstiltskin.
But at the debate, Emma confess that the fire is setup by someone. She sorry that she take the credit for that. She leave the debate.
Mayor come to congrats her for new sheriff position. seem people like the idea of sheriff who can stand against Mr. Gold.
In other world, Rumpelstiltskin go to his house and stop solider to take his son. He kill all of them, his son is now so scare of him.
At station Mr. Gold come to congrats Emma, he said that this is a plan too. He knows people more afraid on him than mayor, if she defy him she will win.
He tell her that she used to owe him favor, as she is sheriff now he will think way that she can pay back him.
