Dylan thinks that he always know when someone is going to die. he dreams about couple at the grand central station, while a man takes the gun out and straight to a women. They are both killed by police.
Dylan working at air traffic tower, he feels that he always live in pattern. Until one day something is change, a plane is approach the airport. He feels something is going to happen, that plane slow down a bit and almost crash into the other plane.
From that incident, he is suspended. After his pattern is changing, he start to has strange incident at 2:22. One day while he is at the ballet's theater he meets Sarah there, she was on that plane which almost crash.
They start their relationship after that day, he found that Sarah is on that plane. While she feels thankful to him that he saved her life.
Next day after he found that he lost his wallet, but it is found at the grand central station. When he goes to pick it, another strange incident also happen at 2:20.
He goes to see Sarah at gallery where she work, they found that they born on same day. She works there with her ex-boy friend, Jonas who he is the famous artist at her work.
The next day while he goes to see Sarah by taxi, he got in to an accident at 2:20 again. After that he starts to think about pattern that he saw for all time, when he gathering it together he found that it's always happen on the same every day.
One night when Sarah's gallery has important presentation, Dylan goes there and make a mess there, he make a fight with Jonas and it almost ruin their work. She chases him out of her work place.
Next day he found the bunches of letters from Jake, seem he lived there before him. While he goes to apologize Sara from what happen, he found something in gallery. It's about murderer at the grand central station, he found that murderer is Jake.
After dig more he notices that Jake and him born on the same day, and he digs more information about his case. He found that Jake, Evelyn and Marks the police are died that day. Next day he goes to see Evelyn's sister. She told him that Jake is psychopath and he killed Evelyn and Marks.
Dylan remember in his dream, Jake and Evelyn try to get on train to Milhurst. He decides to goes to check there, but he found that the same train goes there is no longer exist.
At night Sarah decides to go to check on Dylan, she saw what he did about his believe. He try to explains her what he thinks but she doesn't believe him. He thinks that if they still be together they will die, so he decides to break up with her.
Sarah goes back to ask Jonas why he also choose that grand central station in his work, but he told her that Dylan is crazy.
Next day is Dylan's birthday, suddenly he understand what of the meaning he see whole time. He thinks he is seeing the day he died.
He get out and starts to following all happening by order, he ends up at Jonas's gallery. While at same time, Jonas tricks Sarah to Milhurst with him.
At gallery, Dylan learns about Jonas's plan. He thinks he try to kill Sarah, he try to reach her but she didn't pickup. Sarah and Jonas head to grand central due to flight cancel.
While Dylan try to chases them to grand central, at station Sarah starts to notices something is wrong about Jonas. She starts to see some strange thing there too and pattern Dylan tell her.
After Dylan shows up, Jonas is upset and think that she call him. He decides to kill Sarah, but Dylan save her and get shot instead.
Jonas is shot to dead by polices, but Dylan stills alive. After that day he decides to become pilot.
