At bar Barry has a party with his team and Iris, he tell his team that when he drink the alcohol, it's not effect him at all.
At a building not far away, guard found someone sneak in. She throw him a bomb, it explode the floor and it is going to make worker drop from his lift.
Flash run to there and running on the wall and safe the worker, they think she is after something in big file room. Barry search to find what's missing and he found it.
At station General solider force Joe them to hand them everything about the girl last night. General say that she is belong to them.
At STAR lab, they tell Barry that this General used to ask lab to research about genetic. After Barry get her address, he cache her. She ask him to stay away from her, once she touch him. His suit is explode, but Barry removed it before he explode.
He go back to the lab, he explain to them that she's meta-human. Everything she touch will change it to the bomb.
From document Barry found, they found her, look like she try to find the doctor who procedure her. Barry need to get her before General does. Barry help her escape, he take her to the STAR lab.
They don't aware that General put tracker in her, now they are the door. But Barry and her already leave the lab.
Iris start to post the blog about Flash and this time put her name on it, she is now in dangerous position because if the bad one knows they will come after her.
To stop her again, Flash go to see Iris at night, he try to stop her writing. but he failed. Next day Barry go to the lab, they give her bad news that there is no way to turn her back. They also can't keep her around it's too dangerous for everyone.
At STAR lab , Dr well trick her to kill General, because he will not stop until he get hand on people like her. Next day she go to see General, Barry know that she didn't try to give up. He try to stop her, General has his chance to kill her. Once she died, Barry see that she 's going to explode.
Barry carry her and run on river out to the ocean, she drop her in the ocean. She explode underwater and create huge wave, Barry run out the way safe on beach.
